This term I have improved my writing by: using  a dictionary 

This term I have improved my reading by : getting two books at  a time and reading them

This term I have improved my maths by : practising at home and keep on trying my timestables

Art/ mindfulness/P.E it was really fun and I learnt a lot by doing that

How maui discovered eruptions Maui was the bravest person on the planet. He slowed the sun  and stole fire from his kuia aswell.He is skinny,he has a necklace with his grandfather’s jaw bone,He has a kite.He chants karakias when he is in danger or he thinks he is in danger.It sounds like this :“Tena koa kaua e waiho i ahau ki te awhina i te ao” He chants that karakia near a volcano because that was a place that he went to and made a goddess angry then she made that volcano that was extinct but is now alive he is now begging them to stay calm so she does. He now chants another karakia that says “Kaore ahau e haumaru ana kia kaua e whara” and now he learnt his lesson to not be a rascal
