This term I have improved my writing by: using  a dictionary  This term I have improved my reading by : getting two books at  a time and reading them This term I have improved my maths by : practising at home and keep on trying my timestables Art/ mindfulness/P.E it was really fun and I learnt a lot by doing that

                                                              how to do a handstand                                                                      A handstand is a type of gymnastic skill.It is when you have to step forward a little then you have to put your hands on the ground straight with your shoulders then kick your legs a little bit out. When you do a handstand you have to have strength you have to have a straight body so your belly button can be in the middle then you have to put your legs down slowly.

How do we balance? We need to balance everyday. If you don't balance you will not be up the right way.To balance well wet use our arms.Where our arms are keep us to stay balanced.When I need to balance I put my arm out to my side and that helps me not to wobble.I focus on what I am doing not what others are doing. In conclusion, Balance is a very important human skill there are three elements help us balanced : Weight of our body, Arms out and focussing on a spot.
